Why I Wrote Are You Delusional?
Updated: Oct 20
For more than 20 years, I have helped people start businesses. Thousands of them. And I keep hearing the same thing from people with real talent and real ideas: "My family thinks I'm crazy."
I understand that feeling. I grew up as a troubled kid, around people involved in organized crime. Nobody looked at me and saw a future business owner. For a long time, I didn't either. Turning my life around started with something that looked unreasonable from the outside: I decided to believe in myself before I had any proof.
That is why I wrote this book. Not to hype anybody up, but to tell the truth. Believing in a big vision is not delusional. It is the first requirement. Every business I have ever helped launch began with someone willing to look a little crazy to the people around them.
"Are You Delusional?" is the book I wish someone had handed me years ago. It is short, direct, and written for people who are ready to stop waiting for permission, especially Hispanic entrepreneurs who have been taught to keep their heads down.
If that sounds like you, the book is waiting for you. Get "Are You Delusional?" on Amazon today: paperback $12.99, Kindle $4.99.
